The event took place at George and Duke group of schools on 10th of May, 2019. The program started by 11:00am with an opening prayer by Mr Babatunde Kareem. All the schools that were to take part in the competition came in time before it started. The panel of judges and participating schools were recognised by Miss Titilope who also held the opening speech. In her speech, she stated the mission and vision of the organization, when it was founded and also mentioned the purpose of the program which is to bring students from different schools to learn from each other and not to make any school or student feel superior or inferior to the other. She said the program is to support each school on how to achieve excellence.


At 12:00pm, the debate between Divine college and Dalom college commenced with two representatives from each schools. We had Aderonke Kupoluyi as the chief speaker and Layeni Temitope as the supporting speaker for Divine college while Imanah Osareimeh was the chief speaker and Adebolu Gbolahan the supporting speaker for Dalom college.

Divine college spoke in support of the notion that boarding school does not do harm to students and Dalom college spoke against the notion. The debate ended by 12:12pm. The judges also made corrections and suggestions. By 12:14pm the debate continued with Ecwa college and Mercy college. Ecwa college was for the notion that students should give more attention to Science instead of Arts as Oduntan Omolola was the chief  speaker and Mary Ogundeji was the supporting speaker for this debate while Mercy college was against the notion that students should give more attention to Science instead of Arts with Odogwu Somto as the chief speaker and Akinyooye Dorcas as the supporting speaker. This debate ended at 12:26pm.

Afterwards was the debate between Oasis international group of school and Muslim modwl college with Tijani Busayo as the chief speaker and Ebhonun Favour as the supporting speaker for Oasis international group of school while Aliyu Sumayyah was the chief speaker and Adeyanju Afuat was the supporting speaker for Muslim model college. Muslim model college spoke against the notion that the Security situation in the country will improve if there are state ad local police unit tether than a single federal police service. While Oasis international group of school was in favour of the notion and this round of the debate ended at 12:40pm. We then had a ten minutes break after which the Quiz competition commenced between the six(6) schools at 12:50pm.

At the end of the Quiz competition, each schools as afore mentioned ended up with these overall scores
Divine College — 22.5 points
Dalom College — 27.5 points
ECWA college — 40 points
Mercy College — 22.5 points
Oasis International Group of School — 37.5 points
Muslim Model College — 32.5 points

From the addition of both the Quiz and Debate competition,
Divine College came up with a total of 59.75
Dalom College came up with a total of 63.75
ECWA College ended up with a total of 80.5
Mercy College ended up with a total of 65.5
Oasis International Group of School ended up with a total of 75.75
Muslim Model College came up with a total of 69 making ECWA College, Oasis International Group of School and Muslim Model College qualified to proceed to the next round of the competition as they took 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

Mr bello announced the results and gave some words of encouragement reminding the schools that are not qualified for the next round to remember the purpose of the program which is to learn and not to feel inferior to the others. He alongside Miss Titilope proceeded in hiving gifts and other refreshments were served to all the guests and participants.
